Cancellation Policy

EMDR Consultees MUST be trained in basic Protocol At Stay Balanced we honour all our clients time as sacred, to maintain fluid service, all cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours prior to the agreed scheduled appointment day and time. Cancellations must be done through email at admin@staybalanced.info once the office receives the email you will be notified. If your cancellation is within the 24hr window you will be charged 75% of the service, this charge also applies to No Show appointments. All balances must be up to date before further appointments are facilitated.
