My Mission as a Therapist

My mission is to help individuals to reconnect with their emotions, become aware of their thought processes, and make decisions that foster emotional resilience and promote self-compassion and self-actualization.

My Philosophy of Healing

I hold a strong belief that every emotion we experience serves a purpose. True healing occurs when we pause, mindfully navigate our feelings and thoughts, and intentionally integrate this awareness into our actions. This process creates healthier relationships and promotes mental wellness. I also recognize the complexity of the self and advocate for a balance of self-acceptance and change for personal growth.

My Method in Therapy

I utilize a variety of evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), person-centred therapy, and some trauma focused therapies to meet your needs. Whether working with children, adolescents, or adults, I tailor a treatment plan to your unique needs and goals.

I utilize a  variety of  evidence-based therapies such as Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing-EMDR, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy-CBT, and Experiential Therapy, to meet your needs.

Whether I am working with children, adolescents or adults, individually or in groups,

I develop a personalized treatment plan based on your goals. I place a lot of emphasis on compassion and empathy which will help you to develop self-compassion resulting in an improved sense of well-being.
