Employee Assistance Program Session

At Stay Balanced, we understand the importance of mental well-being in the workplace. That’s why we offer Employee Assistance Program sessions to employees of organizations that have approved them. Our sessions provide a safe and confidential space for employees to discuss any personal or work-related challenges they may be facing. Our team of licensed professionals is committed to providing the support and resources necessary to help employees overcome obstacles and stay balanced in their personal and professional lives.

Cancellation Policy

At Stay Balanced we honour all our clients time as sacred, to maintain fluid service, all cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours prior to the agreed scheduled appointment day and time. Cancellations must be done through email at admin@staybalanced.info once the office receives the email you will be notified. If your cancellation is within the 24hr window you will be charged 75% of the service, this charge also applies to No Show appointments. All balances must be up to date before further appointments are facilitated.
